About Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company
As per high demand of Leaf Springs for assembling Mercedes trucks by Khavar Industrial Group, in 1977 the Group initiated to build its own spring production plant in Saveh city under both licensing of NHK spring and supervision of Daimler Benz AG for a production capacity of 6,000 metric tons (MT) annually. The production facility consisted of 78000 square meters area, and it was located 120km south Tehran in Saveh City. The initial production limited just for leaf spring sets of Mercedes Trucks models only--e.g. 608, 0302 , 911, 1313 1924, and 2624. Later on 1991 the production site became independent party and it was formally registered as "Fanar Sazi Khavar" Company; then six years later the newly registered company transforms from a privately held company into a public stock traded companyInitial public offering (IPO) were finalized on march 1997 and Iran Khodro Group and its subsidiaries were major share holders back then; finally 20 years later (on March 2017) these majority shares were transferred to Pars Fanar Company. Through expansion on 2000, with cooperation and obtaining necessary machines from DAEWON Krea (Daewon Chong Up Corporation AKA DAWNSCO), the production capacity exceeded up to 13,200MT annually and expanded its products into coil springs, parabolic leaf springs, torsion bars, and stabilizer, enabling itself to be a great supplier for ever demanding automotive industry in Iran.

History of Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company
1977
Khavar spring factory was established and started working at 1977 in order to produce all kinds of spring Sets for Benz trucks with an annual capacity of 6000 tons with the investment of Khavar Industrial Group under the management of Mr. Samad Sood Avar and his brothers in Saveh Industrial City and with the technical cooperation of Japan's NHK company.
1979
After the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, in 1979 Khavar Industrial Group along with Khavar Springs Factory was taken over by the government.
1991
In 1991, Khavar Spring factory was registered as Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Private Corporation) in the Companies Registration Organization.
1996
In 1996, Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Private Corporation) became Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Public Corporation).
1999
In 1999, Iran Khodro Industrial Group established Iran Khodro Diesel Company by purchasing the majority of Khavar Industrial Group's shares, and thus Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Public Corporation) also became a part of Iran Khodro Diesel Company.
2001
In 2001, with the opening of development projects and increasing the spring production capacity from 6,000 tons to 12,000 tons, the production of various parts of the suspension system, including the coil spring, stabilizer, torsion bar and the purchase of new machines from the South Korean Devon company were carried out.
2005
In 2005, Iran Khodro Investment Company bought the majority of the shares of Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Public Corporation) from Iran Khodro Diesel Company.
2006
In 2006, equivalent to 17% of the shares of Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Public Corporation) were purchased from the capital market by Iranian Fanar kaveh Company, the main shareholder of which was Mr. Engineer Ahmed Jalili, and finally a member of the Board of Directors from the directors of Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Public Corporation) by Iranian Fanar Kaveh company was selected.
2016
In 2016, most of the shares of Khavar Spring Manufacturing Company (Public Corporation) were purchased by Pars Fanar Company from Iran Khodro Investment Company.
